Holes in a fence are for peeping.  (J. Foster)

This choreographic laboratory will be based on sharing practical tools that help the dance maker to establish a relation between the practice of making and the practice of seeing and witnessing. Through establishing a relationship to the space and time we share, we will try to open up the moment of exchange that happens between the stage work, the performer and the audience. Participants are invited to try out the tools offered to build their own choreographic vocabulary, as well as more extensive compositions, and then use them to construct their own choreographic ideas and materials.

During the last two days we will also work with composer and musician Nenad Sinkauz to explore how we can build a stage microcosm in relation / friction with other stage genres and elements.
